Need a source for Albert blue touch up paint

Paintscratch.com doesn't have the formula. (Code 325) Can anyone suggest another source for touch up paint?

I would go to a paint store and have a pint mixed up. You will need to buy the activator as well. It will be the most expensive touch up paint you have ever bought but will be the best. Just mix a little paint in a mixing cup with the activator when you need some. The activator will go bad within 12 months or so but the paint will stay good for years if properly stored for future touchups.
