    just bought another 911...and wonder what it is:)

    hi
    its a RSR modified 1968 targa with chassi nr 11870401

    do any one know more?
    its a 2.7 motor in now

    It should be

    A 1968 911T (therefore, Euro, not US) Soft window targa.

    soft window targa?

    it now have the glass instead of the softwindow.

    should i but back the soft window? any one if its easy to do?

    May or may not

    have originally been a "softie." But the two I have in my "data base" with similar chassis numbers are soft rear windows. You'll have to get factory information to know for sure I think.

    911 softie

    well worried and worried...

    i bought it for the engines
    i am thinking abt restore it back to factory spec...
    i already making a RSR hotrod.
    in my workshop we have a 911 touring 69 and a 911E 72 under restoration.
    and looks like we will restore some early S this year as well.

    anyway it have the glass window now , anyone can supply me with some close up fotos of the mounting system on the softies?
