Thanks for the detailed information and pics.

    Sithot-
Im suprised you did not mention that the rear decklid latch should have been removed before paint, or bead blasted and re-installed afterwards, possibly re-plated.
Also looks like 16s, not 15 inch correct Fuchs?
And the RS door panels, a bit of a cop out yeah? -for that money wouldnt you want the oem correct type?
But the Radio delete plate is a nice touch.
Cant knock those period Recaros though either.

    Nonetheless I love the car.

    Sithot,

Thanks for providing the information for the actual seller of this car and for not trying to make a profit on something you've never even seen, much less owned.

    We appreciate your honesty.

Thanks, Ed. The guy is an officer in the Navy with 30 years experience so he probably knows some folks I'd rather not know. I wouldn't cross him up even if I were inclined to do such a thing.

    Best,

    Tom

PS: Do you want to hear the one about the Navy Seal's girlfriend???

    So Sithot-

Guess you only like be a critic of a car whos' owner is across the country from you -rather than say a car -in your own home state.

And to think I had always thought all your bashing was unbiased.

No- apparently only when the owner is far far away from reach.

    Remember things like-
    ""seen this muffin before""

    and-
""This one "crapped out" last time and someone is in for an expensive restoration; the price is way out of line although it might be ok for the Euro crowd who are howling about the favorable exchange rate. Send this one to them.""

    or maybe-
""Yes, I'd like to see the climate controlled barn. Probably as good as our Pole Shed which is to say; "not".""

Hey what if that guy Dave was a 30 year Navy guy too- would you still have slashed and trashed his stuff like that if he was?

Yeah nice- wonder if the poor bastard was ever able to sell his car with constructive criticsm like that.
