    Fs Rare Early Toolkit

    Needing toolkit folks,

This is a correct toolkit for a 1965 (update: 1966, see below) to 1968 (update, ditto) 911. It is complete except for the Messko tire gauge. It is in very good to excellent condition. The flat blade has a small amount of corrosion on one side of the round part of the blade-you can see in the photo. These kits don't come up for sale very often. 1st they are rare and 2nd, frankly, with minor changes they can be made into 356C kits which generally are more valuable. As you can see this kit has correct tools: Klein Drivers, raised edge pliers, Drop Forged Wrench and the hard-to-find early Spark Plug Wrench. $1,750 shipped in US. $1,800 shipped outside US. Australia and Asia additional, please inquire. Email DrRSR@aol.com Thanks.

Looking more closely, this is not correct for a '65, only for a '66+. '65 had a "mesh weave" type bag and satin finish pliers. This is a very nice set for the late SWBs.

Satin finish pliers look like the 356 version. Bloody hard to come by.

Nice piece of kit. Everything looks to be in really good shape.

Not to hijack, but I have one or two of those spark plug sockets floating around ... not sure of value or condition but I'm willing to part with 'em if someone's in need.

Correct pliers, messko (should say Messko on the case), and "one" of the correct 65/66 vinyls for the toolkit bag....there's actually 3 different vinyls correct for 65/66.... and 2 different interior vinyls...
