The car has a 100L tank in the front with a centerfill under the lid. So the dead wheel drive goes up through the inside of the fender and through the hole left by the filler neck.

Checking against my Iphone, its pretty darned close now tested over several miles. The halda had been in a a 911, but the TB's may have slightly smaller circumference than original?

If anything I'm less than a half tooth off somewhere? I'm hoping that there is some website somewhere that you punch in rolling diameter and it spits out the cogs that should be in there?

I miss "King Cog" too. He truly was the king of Halda. This supplier is also good for vintage rally equipment and has a gear selector calculator:

Curious as to sizing of the TBs you're running? Are they on 15x6s? Thanks, and cool car...

    Fronts are 175 65 15 on 7Rs
Rears are 225 50 15s on 8" minilites. Truth be told, 8" minilites are closer to 8.5". However, I have had no issues and they've provided a lot of fun and look the part.
