Here's how one of the Regulars at the Sears Point (now Infineon) Track events mounted his master cut-off switch. Obviously this required a through-the-hood gas filler arrangement to allow use of the gas cap recess for it's new purpose. His car is a 356, but no reason a similar set-up couldn't be incorporated on a 911 fender.

John, I just took another look at your car at http://www.pbase.com/9146gt/image/68715183 and I am impressed with just how right that setup looks. I had a white stripped and prepped 2.0 litre some years ago, wicked fun! Your car makes me want another one.

Thanks Jens...it's not a 911, but it's still fun. However, I can't wait till I get my 911 back on the road.

New detail. I am so bored with this constant rain I finally got around to this one. Early windshield washer bottle as catch tank. I don't have a red cap yet...I toyed with the idea of painting the washer bottle cap red, but that's too over the top. Thanks to Bob for the TR pictures for inspiration.

See Post # 6. I'd give the car all it could get if dropping back to a 4.5. These have been given good reviews. I'm planning on mounting a set on my original 4.5 chrome steel wheels sometime in the future.

I'm sure I have some glove box delete pics as well.
    Hi Bob,

You mentioned a rumor about the tool bin going to be offered. Is there any news?

Richard - no news from the camp that was rumored to start production on the rallye bins (not to be confused with the 2-cabinet-door-rear-seat-delete-shelf-thingee). Too premature to release any news on "our" DIYer rallye bin but I will say panels have been cut and test fitted and a very fine craftsman who suffers the details far more than I do is busy in his wood working shop.
