Not very Satanic, but a little closer to my original vision of what the car could have looked like back in the day...I'm going old school.
I tried the Proto-Tipo and a Nardi Personal, but I keep going back to the original wood wheel. It just looks right with the wood dash.
And...K&N rainshields probably didn't exist back in 1966...plus everybody's got 'em. I dug out the original air box, trimmed the snout, did a little touch-up paint, polished & waxed it, and put in a new filter. I think I'm going to like this. It's going to turn down the volume on the wailing Webers a couple of Db and it pretty much hides the MSD box. It's probably a better air filter too.
Still comtemplating 165's on 4.5" steelies. We'll see how much uncle Sam gives back this year.

Went for a semi-correct look on my '72, with TRE Hockenheim seats custom covered in perforated vinyl + houndstooth center panel.
Seats are finally here, and here's the first one installed.
