Best execution of the concept that I have ever seen. Any more info on this one?

    Thanks George.

It has just arrived down under from Oregon. One of two similar cars built in the early 90's. Based on a 912 to avoid fan clearance issues and be a little more 356-like.

    Ryan:

Here's another look you might consider....944 Turbo spares...5.5x15 forged aluminum wheels. They are super light and would compliment the Speedster look nicely I think.

Nice find Ryan, I hadn't seen the European Car feature before. Ted had such a great eye for what "looks right", and a creative way to get there.

    Wheels for the 912 convertable

Ryan, I'm also a fan of the 15"x 5.5" 951 aluminum wheels. They are the closest to the shape of the "Rudge knock off" but without all that steel wheel weight. The 951's are 9 1/2 lbs. (Photos by Brett Sloan Porsche Purist.com and Jim Loucks)

Note the detail of the custom hub caps. Yes, I did weld up one set of the dual air valve holes. (I finally have something to contribute to this fantastic thread).

On my 944 spares, I simply installed dual valve stems. It was really nice when checking tire pressures!
