    Actually the deadening is available but has more, smaller pimples than original otherwise looks and feels identical.


    Haargarn is velour and I think it is only available in salt and pepper as Hugh Hodges has been seeking bone carpet for ages for his 73E to no avail I believe.

    Padding

    Yes the padding is 95% correct of the orignal from the 1960's. It is Juit type like the orignal and has the same round dots as the orignal but slightly smaller dots. My installer was going to use felt for padding and did not like that idea so bought 2 squares from Gahh . $75 a square paid. It takes 2 squares to do a complete carpet set in a 911.     I was thinking that I could just put the carpet down over the SKS that I sprayed my floor in. Should I use this other stuff under the carpet?
