I believe this car was at Christies auction last year and was a No sale; Good luck, with that estimate;

It sold during the Christies auction in Monterey in '06 for $334K. I was there that evening. It made a spectacular back fire with quite a bit of smoke as it drove up onto the stage. Jay Leno was sitting a few feet away from me and he was not impressed to say the least.

well it is a classic car show /swap met but there are so many 911(for sale) that you think you are at a porsche met.

today was auction day:

i go there every year and i like it..you can not compare it with stuttgart or padova ... takes half a day and you have seen everything.
