that is 9113600495 with Ronnie McCartney at the 1973 Circuit of Ireland seen here
it is now in Australia and owned by someone I know and back in the livery of that event in March 1973 - the first for an RS rally car in Ireland and one of the first private RS rally car entries in the world. Seen here a couple of years ago in Melbourne

that is an interesting photo. it is NOT the Costa Brava in 1973 though. At that event the car was wearing #2 not #1 and also by that time had the "C" on the windscreen banner missing. Also it had different sign-writing on it with CIBIE above the Pirelli decal on the front wings .
I am not sure what event it was though
This is the rebuilt car after the accident in Poland as that is when the license plate changed to 77- 07- KW (from 77.07.KW) and the center pair of lights were higher than the ones next to them rather that lower.
so that leaves
Sachs Rallye Baltic ERC 23-24 September 1972 (I believe the first outing in the rebuilt car) where it was #1 but had Texaco and other sign writing not in your photo and also did not have the Pirelli on the wings
Munich-Wien-Budapest Rally ERC 28-30 September 1972 where it was #1 BUT had SHELL sign-writing on the wings and did not have the extra sign-writing seen in your photo on the front bonnet so cant be that one
Yu Rally ERC 05-08 October 1972 where it still had the SHELL sign-writing so it cant be that one either
The TAP rally10. 10. – 15. 10. 1972 where he had a different car and was #71, AND
RACE Rally de España 1972 on 27. 10. – 28. 10. 1972 where he was #1 car bur DNF and I have never seen a photo confirmed to be from that event
Is it possible that it is from there?? as i am not aware of another event prior to the Costa Brava

I think so too, judging by these stickers
