What I was able to find out, that there were these participants
5. Reiner Altenheimer D/ Hanno Menne D; Porsche Carrera; 10443,7; Gr. 1+3
7. Horst Rack D/ Helmut Köhler D; Porsche Carrera; 10544,2;
10. Hermann-Peter Duge D/ Hans-Peter Kurrle D; Porsche Carrera; 10793,5;

Great photos Uli,

I do not think any of these three Porsche 911s are Altenheimer's or Rack's , however.....possibly one is Duge's ? The licence plates are not what Altenheimer or Rack used normally. Rack was from Frankfurt however , so possibly the grp. 3 car with the frankfurt plates was his and he later changed plate number and also changed the car to grp. 4 ? (by late May , 1975 he ran grp. 4 ...in April still grp. 3)

I'm sure there were other Porsche entrys that abandonned , so it could be someone else (but now i'm leaning towards Rack in the white Carrera with 'F' / Frankfurt plates)

If you have any others please post. I will try to figure out who they all are.





Remember , that list you got those three Carrera entries from at 1975 Sachs Winter Rallye was just the top ten finishers.

Update , none of these 911's were Duge's either . His car was Grand prix white with Carrera side graphics. And his licence plates would have started with an 'RT' , as he was from Ruetlingen.

could anyone help and tell me where I can research south african rallies around the year of 1969, my car was the first LWB 911t delivered to the uk but was never registered,
it went to south africa and have been told it could have rallie history?..... my Vin is 119100008, its light ivory in color.....

can you help solve the puzzle?
