    Thanks JBQuick- It has a taken a lot of work and patience. One quick illustration is the radiant heating in the floor. Wanted the natural heat convection to move from the floor upwards, helping to keep the cars dry in the humid winter months. Took a lot of work with the county to convince them that, yes, radiant in a garage floor makes sense. They finally agreed.

    Looking forward to finish off all the myriad of details.
