    Cool FS: Mega-Unobtainium car jewelry

    SOLD

What the only thing as rare and desirable as a NOS muffler skirt? A NOS OEM rear bumper overrider/crash bar. This isn't an aftermarket Amco unit, this is a 100% Porsche OEM factory part, never installed. This part saw the light of day from its paper wrapper for the first time today since leaving Germany.

I was going to use it on my '69S, but as you have all seen, I am selling my rarest parts to fund the car's completion.

This is perfect for your SWB or LWB - it was available or both. No excuses, NOS means NOS. BTW, bumperettes not included.

    Asking $1000

I'll be off mail for most of the holidays, but will try to respond as quickly as possible to inquiries.
    Thanks.

    Overrider

Do these work with any overrider, or do you have to wait for those?

You just drill the SWB bumperettes to accept the mounting bolts. They bolt right up to LWB ones, albeit you have to modify the rubber strip to fit it or just use front ones on the rear - all the same.

I will entertain offers at this point, but will probably end up keeping and using it if I don't get a fair offer.
