    That's Bert's car.

    It's an absolute time machine.

Words don't do the car justice; it's level of cool can only be truly appreciated in person.

It's even better from behind the wheel.

Bert Jayasekera. Common name... He owns two very nice survivors and this one is my favorite.

Yellow shroud's were on the later "T's" in the US. So many have been molested over the years you don't see them as much.

I didn't know Bert was intent on selling it...

I thought the yellow shrouds appeared when the switch to CIS began but it must have occured earlier.

Great Car...I'll make sure I put it on my Christmas list.

    2.4T MFI -Yellow shroud
    2.4T CIS -Black shroud

Beautiful car but if the case hasn't been split, the #8 main bearing o-ring has turned into an element slightly softer than a rock and if not leaking now it will soon.
If someone pays the money this will be close to a 100k car by the time they rebuild the engine and MFI.

Is this car really $30,500 better than NiceTs yellow 73.5 (sold recently on this board)?

I think this is a premium price for a T. The 55,000 mile Silver 72S only got to $79,000. Then again all you need is 1 buyer who the car speaks to.
