    Never seen it before, nice!!!
The upper plaque is silver or brass? Brass is more usual while silver is quite rare.

Thanks for posting. The chrome surround on the radio in dash was a small detail that caught my eye. Tricky reflection but is it an all polished chrome surround without recessed matt finish cross bar. I sometimes see the latter recessed on some cars 72/3 but not universally so -- also see plenty car examples with the chrome non recessed in f series when that is often said to be much earlier 911 surround style. Presumably this photo is from factory. Published around the transition to G facelift containing photo as an example of radio installed in earlier model. As is horn push b&w pre facelift.

I appreciate marketing material is not always representative of the then current spec and such photos got recycled --however suspect there was more variation in what that radio trim was used when on 911 than we imagine today. While this is 74 document it is using pre G series images although I suspect not really old 911 photos. Also the style of road Certain wheels indicative of images date.

No big deal for me as my car dash has blanking plate no unit and have various correct for model 73 Mexico and blaupunkt radio cassette units with completely different trim if I felt the need to fit something ....just seeing this might suggest the all chrome style as well as the recessed chrome style surround still both got used even close to the G series dash change?

basketweave dash trim suggest they used a pre 72 picture, right?
