per Terry Wells these were produced in the late 80s and intended as presentation pieces for the Premier Dealership program. He's never seen one that didn't have the name of the presentee inscribed on it.

Now, I will be able to find out the exact price of my car, when it was ordered, as the same document was certainly used.

Nope. Item was called "Wappen" (means coat-of-arms) and was available for purchase as Porsche part number WAP 050 137 14 through about 2010. Mine has no presentee name, unless it's hidden under the 'Made in Germany' sticker.
