I remember when I first got on eBay... maybe 1999 there was a gold and silver test driver pin set. Maybe 5 or 6 pins. Each pin had a different KM number on it and it was explained that the test driver would receive the next pin as long as the mileage was accumulated accident free. If you had an accident, back to zero. I think they started off at 10,000km and went to 1,000,000km. I believe the 1,000,000km pin had a diamond in the center.
