The white ST is a clone. Walter was a interim owner, only for few weeks to push the price for the car.

    That confirms expectations. Thanks.

Burt Reynolds, who I guess went basically bankrupt, does the same thing, taking temporary ownership of a Smokey and the Bandid Trans Am to sell it as his. Sad I suppose, but necessary I understand.

This car was sold less than a year ago at the Coys Sale at the Old Timer GP at Nurburgring in Aug 2014. IIRC it sold a good bit less than expected. Is it for sale again?

Does anyone know if the 73S that Fritz Hochreuter raced in 73-79 is still around?

This car was recently sold by Rudy Bartling. Rudy was a co-driver with Fritz for many years.
From what I understand the car has remained in Canada.

    Long due update on "S/T" 911 030 1108. (see post 405)
The car is now restaured back to 1970 spec's and just got accepted to run within field "Group 5" of the upcoming Le Mans Classic edition 2016, which will also be his maiden race at historic events. At LMC, it will be piloted by its new owner.
Engine is currently in preparation and interior/exterior still needs to be finished…
This spring, will have a private test run for fine-tune the car (w different trans. and gears/box) in sunny Spain and by the request of its owner, will wear Cibies (it did at le Mans 1971 too) for some race stages. Equipped with FIA-approved 100l lightwheight tank, especially re-manufactured in Germany for the car.
    Here are pics from today
