Type 901/xx Engine Build #'s

Hi, this is my first post. I have had my car since 1980, it is a 1970S Targa. My understanding has always been the original engine was blown due to lack of oil and replaced with a 1973 S engine.
Chassis no. 9110 310204
Engine number 6331162
Engine Type no. 911577
Can anyone confirm the identity of the replacement engine?

Looking for the history of the cars these engines came from. I have 901 case # 902136 901/01 and 2.2 911S case # 6300064 911/02. It would be nice to reunite the engines to the original chassis.

902136 would have been in chassis 302060 +/-50
6300064 would be a very early 1970 911S

Dave, what can you tell me about the numbers I just gave you? It's a random case in someone else's possession.
