I'm always suspicious when there is no chassis number provided. I've seen a lot of guys recently calling their car a '65 when in fact it's a '66. When pressed, they say it has a '65 build date, but is titled as a '66. Sadly, that means it's a '66. The difference in value between a true '65 and a '66 is pretty vast.

All that said, what a gorgeous example! Amazing color combo and condition from what I can see. Drooool.

The auction states VIN 302266. Where does that fall in the range?

Very early car. Non-adjustable front end and washer bag up behind the right front wheel. That, in combination with the 4 screw horn grills and this adds up to a very early car. I like it.

It's a MY66/PY65 car. Very close in VIN to my car. Would most likely have 4 hole grills and would absolutely have had Solexes.
