FS: 1972 Porsche 911T - Low miles, very original

Wonderful Example of Early Long Nose Porsche 911, 2 Owner car with VERY Low Miles.

    Many more photos available.

This is a chance to get very cool-optioned (from the factory), very original, low mile 911. It was ordered with S-options, including sway bars, S-Brakes, Koni shocks, Front Spoiler, etc. - see list below. These were not added at a later date, it was ordered from the factory with these options.

It also has the extremely rare rear package shelf in place of the rear seat - as a factory optoin.

Car has no rust whatsoever - it has never had rust and never had rust replaced. This is very original car. The interior presents extremely well, even close up. Has original, correct Becker Grand Prix radio. This car has never been wrecked or rust cut out and repaired, not a tarted up example like so many seen today. This is a wonderful sample of a VERY rare car that is still increasing in value.

Below is the information on how it was ordered:

Originally sold in the Netherlands in March of 1972.
    VIN 9112101684 Engine# 6122560 Gearbox# 326258

    Options ordered from Factory:

    404 stabilizer fr/re
    426 trims on wheel housing
    470 comfort
    568 colored windows
    402 Koni and S brakes
    427 embellisher
    473 front spoiler
    490 antenna
    559 cooling system
    color 6767 lime green

    Serious inquiries only, please.

Partial trades of other 911's or other classic Euro cars considered.

    $105,000

not to sure about the paint work. Not too much care on how they taped off the rest of the car. Major overspray on the rear suspension and even the rear faces of the tires. That usually tells me alot. If you do not pay attention to these type of details - what else has corners cut?

Yes, there is some dusty overspray that needs cleaned up. Should have been taken care of, but hasn't been yet. This was not a scuff and squirt job. All glass, seals removed, bumpers etc. With a good paint booth that draws paint through, it seems to get more places.

Part way into disassembly for repaint -

    Car painting

    Painted parts, reassembly

I understand the concern and it is valid, but there is always a compromise when you are trying to preserve as much originality as possible when it warrants it. Some paint dust on suspension and CV boots can and will be cleaned off.

For $128K for a T, I would like to see photos of the top side of the engine and a mention of the type of fuel system. I am very fond of this color. Good luck with the sale.

I think that cooling system on the option list means air conditioning, not front oil cooler. Can you confirm the front cooler? I have never seen a T with a factory installation of one.
