    Richard, you're right: 13/66 is most likely: Rundschreiben No.13 of 1966.

    Since 1962, Porsche held weekly technical meetings T.B. (usually on Friday) which got transmitted by R.S.
    However, those T.B did not follow exactly the weekly number, for example 1/62 was on July 27th 1962.

    66 migth stands for 1966 while 13 for the 13th T.B./R.S/info that year.
    T.B.=Technische Besprechung=Technical meeting.
    R.S.=Rundschreiben.

    Rundschreiben means more than a bulletin.
    Its a written message which is distributed "in a circle" to all parties involved to a project (i.e dealer, importers, mechanics etc.)

    Ex=Exemplar=item=No.

    My "source in the Alps," has not been able to locate such a bulletin. So, for the moment, we are at a standstill. Perhaps Richard, or someone else, will make a trip to the archives in Zuffenhausen. Danke.

    What exactly is the access to the archives? I will be going to the museum/archive/factory in 4 weeks. It will be my first visit and I was hoping to do some reaserch on my own car in the archive.

    Hi Mike,

    I know no details about this. I believe, however, you need to ask for advanced permission; probably written. I don't know what the requirements are; for example, if you need to be a bona fide researcher, etc. Perhaps, someone who has been to the archives can advise? Thanks.

    This is a service bulletin M 5/69.

    While it does not solve Ex. 13/66, it might indicates some kind of similar factory document regarding
    912 models to be converted to 69MY technical specifications.
    Note also "M 5/69" does not indicate "May/69" since document is signed October 9th.
