MoMo mounting kit - early issue

Just to keep Raj's thread going, this image shows the MoMo mounting kit that is period correct for a long hood car.

    This kit fits Porsche models 356 B, C and 911/912 from 1965 to 1973.

This MoMo mounting kit is part nbr 230.

Beside the solid mushroom style hub finished in camera case paint, note that this early issue NOS kit includes a "silver ring" horn button.

Also present are the allen head screws but someone nicked the matching wrench that should also be included!

    E. Nardi

Now for something that us old guys can relate to: Nardi!

Most highly prized by the 356 crowd, a period Nardi is a great accessory wheel for a SWB car.

This dished 16.5 inch example graced a fellow board member's Burgundy Red 912 coupe until recently. Images courtesy of PO.

    Dated 67.

    Thumbs up

    - My period RaceMark 360mm (it's really 355)

    - And my Nardi 360 (also 355) 'German Auto Fest $15 wonder'...
I bead blasted it from black to natural, restored the finish on leather, and used a simple leather upholstered horn button...........
As I've said before, this old wheel is SO good and comfortable I don't think I'll ever change it......

    Cheers

Here`s my recent aquisition, a 380mm 805 beautifully restored and double wrapped by Dr 911E. After driving with a large diameter wooden wheel for years, I cannot believe the transformation that a reduction in diameter of only 40 to 45mm can make to the driving experience. Rather than feeling like a GT, my car now feels like a proper sports car. I highly recommend it. Regards Mike. (apologies for MASSIVE image)

I've got a Momo - 1/78 production. Supposedly off Clint Eastwoods Ferrari, but without any documentation, so I chalk that up to Kitsch value.

Willing to sell or rather trade for a different wheel for my 73 T.
