I bead blasted it from black to natural, restored the finish on leather, and used a simple leather upholstered horn button...........
As I've said before, this old wheel is SO good and comfortable I don't think I'll ever change it......

    Cheers
I really like the look of your Nardi "natural" finish Chuck. I have one on my bench I just cleaned up. Love the feel but the black spokes didn't do it for me after 15 years and I was thinking alternative wheel. Now going in blast cab tomorrow.

I have no problem with the theory that all men are created equal.

I've got to say that the overall diameter, grip thickness and spoke position are critical in a 911, especially one that is driven at the track. If the wheel is too small the oil temp gauge is blocked, if the grip is too thick or padded then there is a loss of road feel and feedback through racing gloves, if the spokes are not intuitively placed then hand positioning becomes difficult in some corners. My fave is an ST wheel - the size, thinner grip thickness and naturally positioned spokes are perfect!

Oh, I'm liking that 370, and having changed out your wheel a few times, I know where your allen key is kept. My whacked out shoulders would love that wider diameter wheel.

    That is one sweet wheel.
370 - maybe the smallest diameter through which the tach can be seen clearly (?) - what's not to love.
