    Show your color(s) thread

Saw this car ('68) at the track the other day.

    6837 - Kaffeebraun

Didn't actually see the tag so I stand to be corrected.
What a great color - hadn't seen it before.
As I was about to post these I thought it would be good to have one place to see pics of what the colors actually look like on the cars in different lights.
Maybe a shot of the paint plate with the surrounding color.

Would post mine to start but [Dodge] Viper Red was not an original '67 color.
Someone else will have to post Aga Blue.

So here's the pretty coffee colored car Sarah - Queen of the Skidpad - was driving to get it started.

This is a special order color for 1967 called Medium Ivory. I sprayed three coats of base-coat and three coats of clear. Much more Ivory than Light Ivory also for 1967.

Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.
