    advice on door sill thresholds....

Would anyone have any good recommendations for replacement or restoration of the original textured aluminum door sill plates, (thresholds) for my 73.

I have never seen accurate replacements. Only carbon fiber, and sundry after market stuff. I'd appreciate any ideas for a period correct tasteful solution.
Mine are straight but the finish is so rashy that it looks terrible next to the freshly restored interior. thanks.

Sierra madre collection has them. They offer reproduction and oem sets. I just bought a new set last week.

I have been buying a good amount of parts from them and have been very happy with the products and service. Ask for Rex, he is a nice guy.
