Thanks, hopefully you've seen all the cool pics in Excellence and 911&P World. I was thinking of doing a light that was black base and a red to match the rear lenses (which are tinted to look red as all the oe ones are pink!)....takes some stones thought to drill a couple holes in the roof!!!....

    Robert,

Not to change the subject...but, how did you tint the rear lenses?

John....no worries. The lights are painted w/a candy tint. I'm lucky enough to have a friend who does all the show cars for an OE, so he knows all the tricks. The tint is an orange/red...have to go that direction because if you do straight "red" it will go purple/blue...not good. There are some aftermarket sprays for the import guys that I hear work...haven't seen it and also there is some guy who is using vinyl to do it...over on Rennlist in the 964 forum there are a few threads on this. The red tail lights totally make this car...I think one of those key bits that people see, but doesn't click as a trick bit or different as they expect them to be "red", but would only notice if they were that god awful stock pink!
