Where is the best to ship a rack to get rebuild?

Working on a 72 911 and thought since I have it all out for gas lines and new suspension, why not do the rack? Rose Passion will do it for $600 plus $50 for shipping. But, it has to go to France. There must be a good US go to. Thanks in advance for your time.
