I've always considered the glass to be half full...that is until I reached middle age and realized that it is actually half empty.

I purchased a 66 911 last summer and there was a 67S engine in it. Only history I have is that the car originally came from Colorado at some point and ended up here in PA. Below is the engine vin# and I would love to track down the car. Thanks for the help!

Looking for engine 3380461 and 3180789 sportomatic tranny!

My 1968 911 Karmann Coupe Porsche has been missing it's original core since 2002. The was originally Sand Beige/6807 with a Sportomatic. Last known location was 20th Street Auto Parts in Arizona. That is where the core was sent after Horton's German Auto Repair in Corvallis Oregon replaced it with a 1980 911 SC CIS Motor in 2002. . Chassis# 11835733 ....Motor number 3380461 and tranny number 3180789. Thanks for any help! Mainly looking for the motor but of course it would be great to find the Sporto too!
