    Engine # 901224

I work on a '68 911 with an early engine in it....case is 901224. It's not for sale but I suppose if the car it belongs to surfaces, it could probably be reunited.

    Hello
Few months ago I had posted a request relating to the original block of my slate grey 1967 911 which I had bought from Doug Walker in 2011 with a 2.7 block. The original engine was removed by TRE Automotive in the old century... In the meanwhile, after having spent big money in trying to restore the existing engine - a real patchwork - I have abandoned the hope to find my original engine out there. I would just be satisfied with a 911/05 engine, if possible a fully working engine without any additional work needed. I am prepared to pay the correct amount of $$$ for it. I look forward to any proposal you may have.
    Best regards,
    Mattia
