    So Cal Help with Hood Inspection?

    Hi All,

    I am working to repair and repaint my 67S with the help of Freddy Hernandez. I have had a difficult time finding the correct hood to replace the damaged one, but I have now located one in the Long Beach/Cerritos area, but I am up in Norcal.

    I am wondering if there is anyone out there who lives close by that area that could check it out for us to make sure it is decent and could assist us with the transacation and shipping possibly.

    I'm in Long Beach and maybe can help. But, shipping is a hassle on hoods. Ask me how I know. Best bet besides Greyhound is to post to see if someone is traveling between your 2 points. A couple of years ago someone asked if someone would take some Turbo bodywork to Vacaville from the South Bay. They would pay gas both ways. I took up the offer and took a mini vacation. The total for gas at the time was about what the bu$ was.

    Post your transport request on Pelican becaause they have tons of traffic. (sorry for the pun.)
