FS: Elephant Racing Street/Track 2 suspension package attached to '80 roller chassis

    Hey folks,

I'm working through a parts deal and have the following available for sale for $2500. It's a wrecked '80 911 roller with full Elephant Racing Street/Track 2 suspension package (minus bump steer kit). All of the suspension parts (with the exception of the strut bar) have only 4 track events. No street use.

I'd like to sell this as a package deal. It's perfect for someone interested in adding the Elephant Racing Street/Track 2 package to your own car. You'll need to bring your own wheels or I may be able to sell you a set of roller wheels. Swap all the good bits over to your car then send the chassis to the scrap yard.

The chassis may be fixable but I'd probably scrap it. It's an '80 sunroof coupe. The front half is ok but the rear is pretty banged up. Parts that are good from the chassis include the front clip, RF fender, R door, gas tank, F control arms, steering rack, F and R brakes, and R control arms. Title is included if you want it.

The suspension package alone is over $5k new from Elephant. My price is $2500 for the complete suspension and roller chassis. Must be picked up near Richmond, VA or it could be shipped but again you'll need to add your own wheels or possibly purchase a roller set of wheels from me.

I'll post pics of everything soon. Please send me a PM or post here if you're interested. Thanks!

A quick summary of everything that's included:

The parts consist of the tub, full Elephant Racing Street/Track 2 suspension package (minus bump steer kit), F control arms, steering rack, rear control arms, R fender, complete R door, R rear flare, both window frames w/ glass, both rear quarter glass w/ frames, gas tank, black rear package shelf RS carpet, dino steering wheel, ignition switch, turn signal stalk, vent controls, lower dash pieces, glove box door, rear reflector, sunroof mechanism, f + r brakes, master cylinder / booster.

You'd need to bring a set of wheels and tires to mount to the roller, or I could provide a pair of steel spares and pair of 6x16 Fuchs with tires for $400 extra.

For now I'm trying to sell everything complete as-is, tub included. After a week or two if nobody is interested in the whole package I may consider splitting everything up.

I disassembled the LR suspension to verify the parts are good after the off track excursion. Everything appears to be fine.

It turns out the rear bars are 31mm hollow, not 30!

The accident caused the LR trailing arm to snap in half, and also bend the LR wheel. The LR trailing arm/hub has been replaced with another good arm/hub. The LR shock will either need to be repaired by Bilstein or replaced.

Worth mentioning - the trailing arm wheel hubs are set up for late 915 / G50 style cv shafts. This is a strong setup for folks running 3.6 engines.
