Targa California 2010 April 8-10 !! Save the Date

Mark your calendars boys and girls! April 8-10 will mark the second running of the Targa California

Check this space for more details as they become available. This is spring's must drive event (yeah and i better finish a few in house projects in time too ! )

Remember this event is open to 1975 and older (ok- backdates and retro-continuations are accepted too ) vintage autos.

UPDATE 3/18/10 Well, due to the support of some members here, we will be handing out V cool event T shirts to the first 100 entrants , for FREE !! Those of you that have already signed up are posted in our file on date received, so no need to sign up twice !
Also, a couple other members here have helped organize a visit to a private auto collection along our route, when we blow thru Ojai on Thursday am. I am working on Friday's visit site.

Special rally event "plaques" will be handed to the first 100 entrants as well.
We have a nice showing of Alfa Giuliettas coming, early Mini Cooper, Corvette Stingray, Jags, BMW's , Datsuns, etc etc already entered. Please don't wait till the last minute !

Saturday lunch: At the Loading Chute in Creston after a morning drive. Please send a check for $20, per person, made to TRE Motorsports and send it to me at 15854 Strathern St, Van Nuys, Ca 91406 << At this point (4/5/10) bring the payment with you!
If you so desire to show some support for the expenses we are enduring to produce this event , you can include a separate donation. But NO obligation to do so ! We do have a blast with this event

Previously we asked to have a check made to loading chute, and if u sent one already, that is ok. BUT the restaurant only wants one check if possible (from me)
thanks and sorry for the mix up

4/5/10 See last page regarding those of you that indicated they are coming, but we have not received your waiver/entry yet! DO NOT use the website form. Contact targacalifornia@gmail.com

Booked. If I had to do only 1 car event each year, this would be it.

    Sounds great, can't wait.
Should we make reservations at Black Oak Lodge in Paso Robles?

please wait till i post on the black oak.

we are getting lower prices than last year and just waiting for the agreement to come in the mail.

only 30 rooms in the initial block. i expect those will go in an eyeblink, so will negotiate for more after we fill the first set

    thanks!
