    Brotherhood of the Early 911S Registry

    Earlier today I got together with John Fusco a fellow Registry member who was down from Maine visiting relatives. We had agreed to get together for lunch and with his help got my 911 running from a long term dormant state. We then went for a 50+ mile ride. It was a lot of fun seeing John. He was a GREAT help to me as are all members of the Registry are... thanks John !

    Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
    SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.

    I'm just glad we made it back. What were you/we thinking ???
    I'm not sure what made me more nervous: the lugs torqued to - who knows what - the yokos with who knows how much air in them - the sticky rear caliper - or your driving (just kidding there).

    That is a diamond in the rough. I'm jealous.

    Next time we try to start the Bultaco !
