    I really like that Marelli distributor.

    I didn't notice if you stated, but what type of electronic pickup setup did you end up using - i.e. manufacturer? I've been considering making this modification to my own Marelli twin plug distributor, too, and I was looking into Pertronix.

    Hi Marco, the distributor has taken a couple of years to perfect, and it was Pertronix who helped out with the internal trigger and pickup design.
    They were keen to develop a conversion system themselves so used it as a bit of a test bed, we had to make a further couple of modifications to
    it when it came back, but on the whole really pleased with their work.

    What kind of modifications did you have to make over and above what they produced? Did you have to modify the distributor body?
