    Deutchen Decipheren

When i took out the liner in my trunk, i found this small amount of writing which didn't get sprayed over. Can someone decipher this? just a panel description?

Since it is on the bend, I'd guess that it was written on the steel before stamping. Perhaps on cut blanks to say what part it was intended to be used for.
