    Hmm, what are the chances that they would both have a 912 tach? And that the speedo reads the same milage (looks like 20017 on both)

    Did Henk media blast this car then leave it out in the weather?

    Those stamps look a little different. Maybe just the camera angle...



    Hopefully Henk will chime in.
    But in the meantime this grassy knoll stuff is enjoyable.


    Also looks like the engine lost a crankshaft (literally.)

    And they're throwing in an MFI speed relay gratis.


    It would be fantastic if someone can report back with auction results.

    The vin stampings are for sure different, look at the spacing between the numbers on both.

    Same key fob, shift knob, radio in both photos.

    And the clock reads the same, 5:07!

    Same pattern of holes in the dash.

    No "flaps" in the floor pans like a later car, and welded-on anchors for the carpet.
