Gordon and his sons Cory and Adam are great friends. Talented and very authentic, honest guys. I did DE’s then eventually “arrive and drive” Club racing with them from 1998 to 2014 with a couple 944S2’s. I hope you got to see my Tangerine 73 911E...they just freshened up the gearbox for me. My friend Ken is picking it up tomorrow and driving it up to Lexington for me. If you need a 911 Cup car motor, your top choices are Porsche NA Motorsports or Gordon. Their engine room looks like a surgery theatre!

Yes, I agree with you Michael !! They run a neat shop. Interestingly, I went thru out some old SD cards and found some early photos. Not too pretty !! Name: E5A84202-E41C-44DB-AB76-4BAFFCB0951E.jpg

More SD card pics. Skip Trammell in Knoxville TN took the engine/trans out to be sent to Walt at Competition Engineering who rebuilt the engine. Skip rebuilt the trans. Name: 8B713376-90BE-4053-9A35-F4A2E4F4BE14.jpg

Drove down to pick her up at Autometrics Motorsports. They got the ride height “spot on” and fixed a few odds and ends but nothing major. They were impressed with her responsiveness !! Name: AD171445-6083-4DF3-B869-F8F903E39379.jpg

Trailered her back thru road construction in North Charleston, North Columbia, and South Asheville. They are starting to widen I-26 from Asheville to Hendersonville NC from four to six lanes. It is a mess as dump trucks are driving directly from the muddy construction site onto the interstate. If you are driving a nice car I would suggest getting off at Hendersonville and traveling back roads as I did with my trailer. This is a 4-5 year project and is a total mess with massive traffic back ups at peak times. Name: 760F8CDC-C350-465C-AE31-B240CC8EECDE.jpg
