Perfection. . .from the workshop of Series900, New Hampshire

Wow. Damon sent me these photos tonight of his recent progress on 304065. I will let them speak for themselves. His shop is in Sunapee, NH where the phone number is (603) 863-0090. Enjoy.

He *is* very good, indeed and with nothing to do outdoors until....let's say May; he should finish it pretty quickly.

It's not looking particularly sporty up there even now.

    Good luck!

    That is looking damn fine.
There are a lot of great craftsmen hidden up here in the NE woods - those long winters are good for some things - ( though I have to admit, a lot of lunatics as well).
How is the engine coming along ?

Nothing to do until MAY. . . don't I wish . . . those of you gents who know Damon know that he SKIS like he WELDS and DRIVES. . . with relentless precision. I just hope we don't see a big dump of powder or this car won't be in final paint until the next time the Parade comes back East. . . .

. . . Just kidding of course. . . this car will be finished by late spring/ early summer. . . burden is on me to finish the following items:

    • plating
    • electrical system and lights
    • engine (five or so hours left to go, timing cams, manifold plating)
    • interior (existing is in VGC-- need German carpet set and seats recovered by Tony
    • headliner (Damon will install, I have neither skills nor patience required)
    • gauges (going to NH speedo for restoration before Xmas)

Those are the big items. . . there are a couple hundred small ones. . . but having all the semigloss black stuff shot is a big time saver. . . .

(the electric blue bits are not from my car. . . he has some strange looking car called a GT-2 in the shop, uses WATER for cooling-- next thing you know we'll be drinking the stuff. . . )

Hi John, is the shop still there? tried to call 'em. Phone is not in service.
I am looking for a shop to start bare metal resto on mine T/R. Let me know if anything. BTW , it's more like long shot, but do you have those 1/4 panels and fenders you were selling some time ago? Can't find that thread.

    Thanks KG

Hey Gydis! Hope you are well.

I think the phone is out of order or something, I left Damon a message on his cell phone.

Yes I still have the factory quarters and front fenders, not cheap but for you I will give special pricing. Nothing better than new metal on your T/R and Damon is just the man to do the work.

Shoot me a PM with your email and I will get you photos.
