    Seam sealer, finished with a brush, factory-style, followed by Schutz!

    It took a lot of practice with the Schutz gun to replicate the factory texture, but we've got it right. Hard to see in the photos, but it's the rough, sandpaper-like texture, not the smooth, dime-sized waves of the LWB.

    It sure was hard to seal and Schutz over the pristine underbelly of the car, but that is what must be done to be original!

    1967 911 #307347, bare-bones, some road wear, a little surface rust, and a few dents..., owned 13 years.
    1970 914/6GT, (Sold - ran the last three Rennsports)owned 30 years.

    John, lots of practice and hold the gun back a foot or so, the droplets air-dry on their way to the surface and give a nice rough effect. If you hold the gun two inches from the surface you get LWB puddles.
