While in Chico I couldn’t help but notice a certain car in the 'NEW AUTOS INC.' showroom right on Main St.

This is the aborigine '72 'Porsche Challenge' car that was featured in Excellence awhile back, comparing a GT3 and a developed ‘small motor’ race car...

Great pictures Chuck, thanks for sharing, as you always do. Funny, I was visiting my sister in Chico last week and while driving around I stumbled across the 72 aubergine 911 at New Autos. I didn't have time to stop and visit Harvey, but next time for sure, and I'm glad to learn about David Pollard's shop. I'll be heading to Chico again in late January so I'll make the rounds.

    Merry Christmas to all,

    Paul,

Thanks... always a GREAT time on my annual Thanksgiving trips to NorCal for over the last 30 years......

Don't think Rob M. had anything to do with the cab in the shop.....
I'm think'n this resto in progress is all David Pollard's work.

David mentioned it was a 'long term customer project' needing almost 'everything' starting with floors, then going from there.

    Hope this helps,
    Cheers
