    Chuck,
    Email sent. I suspect the reason more people haven't signed up is because they haven't seen the request (e.g., I've been a member for a couple of years and just saw it). How about sending out an email to all members with a Reply-to header field set to Fred's email, with a list of what info is requested? I'd bet a large number not on the list would respond.
