    Pedal Cluster by Bruce Stone

Beautiful! Bruce did this on an exchange basis, I sent him a good one, he sent me a beautiful one back!

Ignore the pedal switch, I threw it in the box and that's where it landed!

bdstone57@aol.com or 951-536-7478. He is a great guy and loves Porsches and VWs. Located in Riverside, CA. This one was $165 including shipping, and the turnaround was unbelievably fast.

    Way to go Bruce!

Pure pedal porn John. Looks like you have this occupying a place of honor on your marble mantelpiece
And who would not show it off, if it came back looking like that.

McSorley, schmorley, when do you want to do this Mark?
    Some weeknight like last year?
Sorry John, but a hijacking, involving McSorley's, is a lesser evil. We can discuss your pedals there? That will make this hijack more relevant, no?

    Gentlemen,

No apologies necessary: I have long been an advocate of embracing one's inner smartass.

Yesterday was arguably the WORST possible day to go to McSorleys. I say we wait a few days for the staff to recover, then launch.

Right now I am proposing Tuesday, March 30th, for a get-together at "The Old House at Home." Mark will bring an unobtanium Momo wheel. Karl will arrive sporting a magnificent beard, trimmed in tonsorial perfection. I will bring a twenty page database of Porsche part numbers and diagrams as proof positive of my insanity. If we are very, very lucky we can get Ron to make the trip in from Long Beach, to regale us with stories of over-the-horizon-and-then-some fishing trips, and his recent Garage build, which rivals the "bathtub" retaining wall at WTC for engineering excellence. (that the structure held is widely regarded as a miraculous triumph of design).

    What say you gents?

Sounds good for me John. Let's see what other hooligans we can round up.

Would love to see photos of the restoration and learn from the process. All the little things like prep, painting and plating are great to understand (and attempt to repeat!). Thanks for posting.
