I have just come back from yet another enjoyable evening with the NY area Gents-- Karl, who arrived in a magnificent blazer, which I kept asking "Is that a Harris Tweed?" in between bumping empty rounds down on the table; Mark, who arrived just in time to inform us of his passionate backdate, as well as the nuances of old steering wheels, unbenknownst to all but the cognoscenti, Mike, whose passion for Porsche precision originates in a much more elemental discipline, to-wit: how to point a racing boat higher, and higher until she luffs. . . . McSorleys is unchanged, a force of constancy through recession and recovery, demographic shift or otherwise. . . I will post my sole photo when gross motor skills return. .. thank you all Gentlemen for the fine hours we spent together. . .

I was waiting for that lone photo .... i guess it is delayed until tomorrow. Thanks to Eric and to Jason as well. You tried to keep John focused and on the straight and narrow. You failed miserably
The Free Steve Wilkinson Fund will have to wait until tomorrow until it gets its star photo.

Thoroughly enjoyable evening spent with you guys. Great to see everyone.
We really need to do this more often.
Great to meet you guys, much more fun than even I had anticipated. Karl, I know Tony has an open mind, but I'm not sure I'm ready for that material to grace my interior.......
Thanks guys for making me feel welcome.
Mike
Sorry I missed it. I was out on LI with the '66 912 on a big photo/ad campaign shoot for Tommy Hilfiger. Water logged and all they cancelled till mid-April and my car was a boat for a day. 3hrs of removing moisture from the car and I was spent.
Hope to see some guys at Hershey.

Hope you guys had a great time! Sorry I missed it but I did at least manage to get out to Dick Hyland in Pine Bush and pick up our '68 -- he tweaked the timing and carbs and she flies. Just in time for beautiful Spring weather here in NY, too.
Post a photo of the McSorley's meet-up if you have it. Bonus points for Mark without a steering wheel.
Best Regards,
Andy
