Need vin help for a 67 barn find.

I just moved to a new home and everything is packed away so please help. I found a soft window Targa today in a garage, parked since 1977. Needs complete restoration but complete, vin number 500671. What is it and how much is it worth? Not a complete rustbucket but it will need a compete restoration.
    Thanks in advance.

It is what it is, a 1967 SWT. If it does not have the S in the right spots, then it is not an S. Get the engine #'s to help check that. What is the paint code?
Value? Probably significant, but it depends a lot on condition, numbers matching, S, and color factor. Pictures may help.

I suspect a normal from the photo, and not in great condition. From these threads I'd hazzard a guess at $10K to $15K at best. My gut says $5K.

Where are you located these days? How is the warden's kitchen coming along?

Finger Lakes region of NYS, yes it has Euro lights because I was told it was a Euro car brought into the US sometime in the early 70's.

Hey J-D, can you let me know the VIN of your find for my database. A PM is fine if you want to keep it confidential. Finding the trim parts for these cars is getting quite difficult these days. That is pushing restoration costs pretty high.

I looked at the car again, it has engine number 911464, chasis number again is 500671; can anyone chime in and tell me if it falls with the correct engine number series for being numbers matching.
    Thanks!
