Twin plug with 1 or 2 MSD box ?

    Hi,

Does someone have feedback on the power difference, if there is one, between running a twin plug distributor with 1 or 2 MSD - 6420 box ??

I will have a Aaron-Rennwerks distributor with two 8222 MSD coil, I already have a 6420 box, I'm hesitating in buying another one or not ?!

    Thanks for your feedback !

    Regards
    JD

    Twin Plugs

I hav used single MSD 6ALN units with two Blaster Coils on Twin Plug engines without problem.

On a 2.0 litre running at around 10.5: compression I think the twin plugs are worth around 25HP but do significanlty help the power band.

I haven't seen the Rennwerks distributor but I assume it has 12 x plug leads and 2 x HT leads.
