That is good news. Glad to see a SWB gets to fight another day!

Got the car back, the whole back half of the car was repainted and I have new SSI's and a 2 in 1 out M&K muffler. Life is good now!! I'll try to post pics later.

I'd say it's time get a tall cold one, pull out your lawn chair, put it behind the car, and savor the moment

Glad it worked out for you but have to question the no unibody damages??? Your estimate doubled. You are saying they did zero pull to that car? That would mean that the unbolted the parts and bolted on new ones?? Sorry, but I have a hard time buying that. If not you might want to question the $7k

Hey, you seem happy with the repairs and sometimes the best is just being happy with the end result. Some of us beat ourselves up with every detail. Glad that you can look past all that and enjoy your car.

Well, it was repaired by a Porsche only shop that has about 40 Porsches at their shop for repair on a regular basis, both street and race cars. So they have much experience fixing shunted cars. So when they say it ain't bent, I believe them. It drives and looks great and I'm happy! Excuse me while I pop a Newcastle and go in my garage and stare at it.
