    YEP!

I was not paying attention to BMWs in the 1970s-2,000s... Because I bought a new 1971 BMW 2002 and it was a total pile of SH!T... But recently I have changed my opinion not about the 02s but the E9s are beautiful and can be made very fast! (Ask Porsche at Lemans)...

They are like potato chips )and Porsches) you cant have just one... Thats why I have 3!

    luv the coupes..

..but why do u say the 02s were sh!t???...

Ive had 3..some stock, others modded to the hilt...and I really love them. Ez to work on, forgiving when pushed, comfy...etc etc..

I'm pretty sure that was filmed at the Targa California on Nacimiento-Fergusson Road a couple of years ago.

    Mercedes-Benz W215 . . .

    . . . . their 2nd CL-class.

When I first saw this car . . . it just took my breath away. The face, the shape . . . kind of a throw-back in terms of size and proportion . . . these remind me of GM's Big Cars from the '60s --- especially the politically-incorrect long-tailed trunk. Also a bit odd-looking from some rear angles but still --- absolutely striking. Imagine. A Benz.

    Plus . . . these cars came with V-12s.

    And then? . . . AMG got involved. The CL65 --- is a twin-turbo V-12. Big bucks when they were new --- top-of-the-food-chain stuff.

    Now? --- all ~600HPs-worth --- $40-50k asking.

    But wait --- there's more.

Consider the CL63. A weak little 439HP atmo V-12, not as powerful as the CL55 (super-charged V-8, ~500HP) . . . but built in Nov '01, for one month only . . . 26 units total. Sold only in Europe and Asia . . . but a few may have found their way stateside.

Not as naughty as a Bentley --- but, then again, just wait 'till you break something . . . it'll feel like one.

In the mean time, park it next to that R63 that Wifey torches 'Vettes with . . .

I've got my eye on my wife's C32. It is such a sleeper but makes INSTANT power when you dip the throttle. Way better than any M3 I ever drove.
