Seems like a decent car and has gotten me thinking about doing a 3.6 conversion myself. But while the specs and narrative seem good, but there are not enough photos of the details to confirm condition and remaining needs. I'm also a little bit suspect of the following information: "Rear motor access panel was integrated into firewall in 2004 when car was painted" Did they cut out the rear parcel shelf completely?

Not sure if I'm an 'expert' though I have owned 3 dozen 911s. The car would be a blast to drive if correctly set up. Cost to finish? It appears to need a small section of carpet. Not sure what else, but you'd get a PPI to confirm. It's a hot rod, so will likely be about $20K less than an original numbers-matching car in the same condition, but that's how it's priced now, so if I were in the market, I'd jump on it -- assuming it drives and handles like it should.

seller has zero feedback, bidders so far I expect are mostly fake, based on their feedback, as others have said, no real details present about most of the car, no close-up photos, I thought it was an interesting under $20k car, but at the current price I'm very skeptical.

Exactly, I've seen estimates of $18-25K for a 3.6 conversion. One could assume that with that kind of cost, the owner would have chosen a dry, straight chassis to put it in. That is of course, assuming the owner/builder is rational -- a thing less easy to count on these days.

Hi I noticed your Post...I have seen the car in person.....the owner of this 73T is a Porsche mechanic at Colvin Automotive in Austin, TX...the car is presentable but I was told it had some frontal rust repair done some time in the recent past.....I think the seller is highly motivated sell.....the car has been for sale for at least 2years...this is probably the first time he has put anything on ebay thus the 0 feedback...Cheerio
